Since we implemented the StayCompendium in all our apartments, on one of our booking channels, Airbnb, our ratings are consistently 4.9 plus out of 5 across the board over an annual period. The information and ease of access provided via the guest scannable QR code in the room, has also reduced guest enquiries by 95%, enabling them to focus on their vacation. My favorite feature is the API integrations eg with Slack, eg amongst others, if any concerns, a guest can easily click Report Issue link, take picture, describe, click a button.
